On my way…

Well here I am sitting in the airport probably catching Covid but what can you do eh? the things you do for your bestie! I’m heading off to Spain to his wedding.

The day started early with lists of things to do racing around my head like a merry go round. Our stupid Guinea fowl was tapping on my bedroom window, trying to attack his reflection and the kookaburras were going crazy. My jeans were waving at me from the clothesline, reminding me that I hadn’t even thought about what to pack yet, so I got up, stripped my bed and jumped in the shower. No eggs! I took the opportunity to race down to the shops and purchase a life giving coffee as a treat and returned to face the chaos in my room….. a wardrobe of clothes but nothing to wear! Needless to say, I somehow got things done. Always do my best work last minute. !

I just reached into my carry on bag and out fell this little fella. Leo charged it up with love and lots of hugs, and snuck it into my bag. He is such a sensitive and thoughtful little boy.

Well folks, see you on the flip side. I’ll write again, hopefully after a bit of a nap so I can regale you with my witty commentary and fun adventures.
